Overview
- Audit Noir is the Finance Club's detective-style investing challenge, where teams play forensic analysts probing fictional companies' financial statements.
- Round 1 is the Forensic Round, held online and unsupervised: teams comb through statements and notes to spot red flags of varying difficulty.
- Round 2 is the Portfolio Round, held in person and supervised: teams use a virtual budget to pick which companies to invest in, with timed information releases and clues, and are judged on returns and reasoning.
- Open to beginners and experts alike.
- Team size: 2-4.
