About the role
Overview
Jinzai, the annual HR competition organized by Manthan – The HR Club of IIM Visakhapatnam, is back with an exciting opportunity to test your strategic thinking and HR acumen. The competition challenges participants with real-world HR scenarios designed to assess problem-solving, creativity, and decision-making skills.
This edition consists of two rounds:
Round 1: PPT Submission (Case Study)
- Teams will submit a 5–7 slide presentation (including title and thank-you slides).
- Solutions will be evaluated on originality, depth of analysis, practicality, clarity of presentation, language quality, and effective use of visuals.
- Submissions must adhere to plagiarism guidelines, and references should be cited wherever applicable.
Round 2: Online Presentation
- Shortlisted teams will present their solutions virtually.
- Evaluation will be based on creativity, presentation skills, team coordination, time management, slide quality, and the ability to answer judges' questions effectively.
Registration Guidelines:
- Team size: 1–3 members
- Participants must follow both specified social media handles for regular updates.
Manthan the HR Club, IIM Visakhapatnam, will have the final say in all judgments and decisions related to the competition.
