Preliminary Round: Quiz competition: This round is your chance to flex your HR muscles, decision-making skills and showcase your knowledge in a high-stakes quiz. Navigate through intriguing questions that delve into the intricate realm of human resources and organisational behaviour.
Quiz Guidelines:
- Only the team leader will be required to take a 20-minute quiz.
- The quiz will be a mix of cases, picture-based, and theme-based questions testing the domain knowledge of the students.
- The quiz will be in MCQ format.
- The qualifying teams will move on to the next round.
Final Round: Case competition
- In the exhilarating final round of Prabhav, participants will step into the shoes of HR Managers, ready to tackle real-world challenges and make strategic decisions that shape the dynamics of an organization. This is your chance to showcase your theoretical knowledge and practical acumen in driving positive change within a workplace.
Case Study Challenge Guidelines:
- All the qualifying teams across all campuses, based on the quiz, will move to Round 2.
- The case study can be accessed once the round is live.
- The solutions must be uploaded on the Unstop platform in the ppt/pdf format only.
- The submission of the idea(s) should be made in no more than three slides (excluding introduction and "Thank you" slides).
- Any submission made after the deadline will not be accepted for evaluation.
Rules:
- There should be 3 members in each team.
- Cross-campus teams are not allowed.
- Cross-year teams are allowed.
- Cross-specialisation teams are allowed.
