About the Company
India HIV/AIDS Alliance is seeking a dedicated Telecaller (Consultant) to join its End AIDS India Campaign. This role is crucial for driving new lead generation through various communication channels, including telefacing, WhatsApp, and email. The incumbent will play a vital part in engaging potential donors, identifying and onboarding new contributors, and managing donor acknowledgments. Maintaining accurate records and gathering donor feedback are also key aspects of this position. The Telecaller will uphold strict confidentiality protocols and adhere to organizational plans and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Make 100–120 outbound calls daily via telecalling, tele-facing, WhatsApp, and other channels to engage potential donors and generate revenue.
- Promote the organization's mission, programs, and impact to prospective and existing donors.
- Thank donors and share donation acknowledgments/receipts through email or calls.
- Share project updates and impact stories with donors.
- Engage existing donors for retention and enhanced support.
- Build and manage a prospect pipeline and drive conversions to achieve monthly targets.
- Take ownership of and achieve assigned fundraising targets.
Requirements
- Graduation in any stream.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecalling/telemarketing.
- Open to freshers with a strong interest in telecalling/fundraising.
- Work experience background preference in Insurance selling, BPO, Telemarketing, or B2C Sales.
