Included Health is seeking a Billing Specialist to support our accounts receivable team with a primary focus on routine billing, payment application, credit support, collections follow-up, client account reconciliations, and ad hoc requests. This role is designed to be responsible for recurring operational work and accounting functions while escalating more complex customer scenarios. The Billing Specialist will help ensure invoices are generated accurately and on time, payments are applied correctly and promptly, open balances are researched and followed up on, and customer accounts are maintained with a high level of accuracy and responsiveness. This role is well suited for someone with early-career experience in billing, accounting, or accounts receivable who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable building cross functional relationships and working across multiple systems and spreadsheets efficiently.
