Who Can Join:
To participate, your team must:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program at a recognized university or institution
- Consist of 3 to 4 students from the same institution
- Include a faculty advisor (professor, lecturer, or academic mentor)
- Come from a field related to supply chain, operations, logistics, or business
- Have basic English proficiency (simulation and communication are in English)
- Teams who in top 5 India Supply Chain Student Challenge 2025 are not eligible to join this year
No prior experience with The Fresh Connection is required, we offer a full onboarding session and practice rounds are included.
How to Apply:
Form your team
- 3 to 4 students from the same institution
- 1 faculty advisor (professor, lecturer, or academic mentor) to assist you throughout the competition

Register on the Unstop Event Page
- Submit your team registration via the Unstop event page
- Discuss your participation with your faculty advisor and ensure they are willing to support your team throughout the competition
Check Your Inbox
- Eligible teams will receive a confirmation email and a Faculty Advisor Form
- It is the team's responsibility to share the form with their faculty advisor
Faculty Advisor Requirements
- Faculty advisors must complete and sign the Faculty Advisor Form
- Faculty advisors must attend one of the scheduled onboarding sessions (September 1 or September 16)
- During the onboarding session, advisors will experience The Fresh Connection, explore the simulation used in the challenge, and learn how to support their students throughout the competition
Complete Your Registration
- Teams will be officially registered once the signed Faculty Advisor Form has been received and the faculty advisor has attended an onboarding session
- Please use the same team name and contact information (email addresses and phone numbers) throughout the registration process. Inconsistent information may result in disqualification.
