Requirements
- Public Communication: Clear, confident, and professional verbal/written communication skills.
- Student Network: Strong connection or active involvement within your college's student body, tech clubs, or department groups.
- Event Volunteering Experience: Prior experience in organizing or volunteering for college events, fests, or webinars.
- Dedication & Ownership: Strong work ethic, reliability, and readiness to take initiative.
- Crowd & Virtual Event Handling: Familiarity with managing online tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Discord) and handling live audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the 1st or 2nd year of any degree program (B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.BA, etc.).
- Practical "learning-by-doing" mindset and enthusiastic about real-world execution over theoretical knowledge.
- Prior experience volunteering/working with college hackathons, inter-college fests, or student chapters.
- High alignment with the Imperio Coders mission of peer-to-peer tech learning and leadership growth.
