About the Company
Iln Global Technologies is offering a practical learning opportunity for final-year students interested in building a foundation in human resource management. The internship will provide exposure to core people operations and an understanding of how HR contributes to a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the team with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Help maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR documentation with accuracy.
- Assist with onboarding activities, internal communication, and routine people-operations tasks.
- Coordinate with team members to collect updates and ensure HR activities are completed on schedule.
- Research HR practices and contribute to process-improvement initiatives when required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing the final year of a relevant degree or academic programme.
- Strong interest in human resource management and workplace practices.
- Good written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Comfort with remote collaboration and common productivity tools.
- A proactive, dependable approach and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
This is a six-week, full-time, unpaid remote internship designed to provide practical exposure to HR Management. Candidates should be able to work responsibly from a remote setting and participate consistently throughout the internship period.
