Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Student Deployment & Onboarding: Coordinate the deployment of students to assigned companies for various programs (internships, apprenticeships, training, employment). Ensure timely reporting and coordinate onboarding activities with company HR and supervisors.
- Accommodation & Logistics Support: Collaborate with the Operations Team to arrange suitable accommodation within budget and designated locations. Support students with arrival, orientation, and settlement.
- Company Coordination: Liaise regularly with company supervisors and HR teams, ensuring compliance with company rules and internship guidelines. Resolve deployment concerns in coordination with the Operations Team.
- Attendance & Performance Monitoring: Collect and submit weekly attendance reports, monitor student punctuality and discipline, and escalate any challenges to the Operations Team. Highlight potential impacts on certification eligibility due to attendance.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate deployment records and onboarding documentation. Submit weekly and monthly deployment status reports, adhering to provided flowcharts and execution plans.
Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Management).
- Experience: Experience in Operations, Placement Coordination, HR, Training Coordination, or Student Management is preferred. Prior exposure to manufacturing industries, factory environments, apprenticeship programs, and workforce deployment processes is an added advantage.
- Skills: Strong coordination and field management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities, ability to travel extensively and work from deployment locations, good reporting and documentation skills, strong student-handling and stakeholder-management abilities. Bilingual communication skills are preferred.
- Industry Exposure: Knowledge of factory environments, apprenticeship programs, production operations, and workforce deployment processes. Exposure to sectors such as Automotive, Auto Components, Engineering, Electronics Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Consumer Durables, and Heavy Engineering.
- Other: Willingness to travel and stay at deployment locations when required.
