About the Company
Ielts Master is looking for a Student Counsellor to join our team in Kozhikode, Kerala. We assist students with their IELTS and PTE examination journey, providing comprehensive support and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Counsel and assist students regarding IELTS/PTE examinations and related services.
- Handle IELTS and PTE exam bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Guide students on exam procedures, available dates, test formats, and booking requirements.
- Follow up with students and ensure timely exam confirmations.
- Maintain accurate student information and booking details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient student support.
- Respond to student queries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain proper follow-up records and ensure a positive student experience.
- Support the team in achieving monthly booking and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and student-handling abilities.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of IELTS/PTE is an added advantage.
- Candidates who are enthusiastic about working in the education and study-abroad industry are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from Calicut/Kozhikode preferred.
