About the Role
We are looking for a Content & Personal Brand Executive to manage the end-to-end content creation and social media workflow for a founder/personal brand.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will be responsible for taking content from idea → research → scripting → shoot planning → editing → publishing → analytics.
We are looking for someone who understands social media, has strong short-form video editing skills, can write engaging content, and is capable of independently executing most of the content workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Research
- Develop monthly content ideas and content calendars.
- Research trending topics, competitors, creators, and industry developments.
- Identify content opportunities, formats, and topics relevant to the target audience.
- Generate 15–20+ content ideas every month.
Content Creation & Video Editing
- Write hooks, scripts, and talking points for short-form content.
- Plan and coordinate founder shoots.
- Edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts with captions, B-roll, music, transitions, and basic animations.
- Repurpose podcasts, events, and long-form videos into engaging short-form content.
- Create basic carousels, thumbnails, and social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
Publishing & Analytics
- Publish and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Write captions, titles, and descriptions.
- Track reach, views, engagement, watch time, shares, and saves.
- Analyse content performance and suggest improvements.
- Monitor competitors and emerging social media trends.
Expected Output
- Approximately 15–20 content pieces per month.
- Regular Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts.
- LinkedIn posts and carousels.
- Repurposed content from podcasts, events, and existing footage.
- Content calendar and performance tracking.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Good video editing skills.
- Strong writing, scripting, and storytelling ability.
- Understanding of social media trends and content formats.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- A strong content/video portfolio will be highly preferred.
Freshers and recent graduates with strong practical skills and a good portfolio are encouraged to apply.
For this role, portfolio and practical skills matter more than formal qualifications.
