Test Format
IBSAT National Mock Test is proctored through Zoom. While taking the test, candidates must remain connected to the Zoom link with their video turned on throughout the test.
- There is no negative marking.
- There are no sectional time limits.
- The test syllabus is broadly aligned with other national-level management entrance tests.
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the top 100 highest scorers based on their performance in the IBSAT National Mock Test.
- First Prize: ₹2,00,000
- Second Prize: ₹1,00,000
- Third Prize: ₹50,000
- 4th–100th Prizes: ₹5,000 each
Official Rules
Participating in the IBSAT National Mock Test (NMT) does not require the purchase of an IBSAT application.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this promotion, candidates must:
- Be legal residents of India.
- Have a valid email address and internet access before and during the promotion.
- Complete the test through Zoom with video turned on for proctoring.
- Have graduated in 2025 or 2026, or be a final-year student graduating in 2027.
- Not be a current employee, director, staff member, or officer of ICFAI Business School or its affiliates, or an immediate family member or household member of such individuals.
- Understand that the promotion is void outside India and where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Be responsible for any failure to connect to the internet during the test.
- Not engage in any form of cheating while taking the test. Any candidate found cheating will have their test disqualified.
- Provide consent for video proctoring and recording of the test as part of the terms and conditions.
Registration
- Register for the IBSAT National Mock Test (NMT) and successfully complete the test.
- The test must be taken on the scheduled dates only.
- The ICFAI Business School server will serve as the official timekeeper for the promotion.
- Each individual may initiate the test only once.
- The email address provided during registration will be the primary means of communication.
- All entries must be submitted in English.
- Once an entry is submitted, no further changes can be made, even if time remains in the promotion period.
Judging
- Entrants ranked in the top 100 will receive prizes.
- Winners will be announced no later than 20 days after the last test date, i.e., 9 December 2026.
- Prizes will be awarded after verification of the Class 10 certificate and graduation mark sheets, including age, year of passing, and graduation percentage.
- A minimum of 50% marks in graduation, if already passed, or in the second year, if graduating in 2027, is compulsory.
- In case of a tie, the test taker who completed the test on the earliest date will be ranked higher.
- If the test dates are also the same, the test taker who completed the examination in the shortest amount of time will be ranked higher.
Winner Notification
- ICFAI Business School will notify the selected winners via email.
- Each winner will have five business days from the date of email notification to claim the prize.
- If a notification email is returned as undeliverable, ICFAI Business School is unable to contact the potential winner within five business days, or the winner fails to respond within the specified period, the winner may be disqualified.
- ICFAI Business School may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries at its sole discretion.
- Prizes cannot be transferred, assigned, or substituted by a winner.
- If a potential winner declines the prize, fails to claim it, is unavailable for prize fulfilment, violates the rules, or is found to be ineligible, ICFAI Business School will not be responsible for delivering the prize.
Delivery of Prizes
- The time required to verify and approve prize claims may vary.
- Winners should expect to receive their prizes within approximately 30 days of successfully claiming them.
Right to Disqualify, Modify, Cancel, Suspend, or Amend
- ICFAI Business School reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify individuals who tamper with the entry process.
- ICFAI Business School may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion for any reason.
Prize Distribution
- Prizes will be distributed in January 2027 during IBS selection briefing meetings conducted across nearly 70 cities in India.
- Winners will be notified and invited to attend the selection briefing of their choice to collect their prizes.
- If a winner is unable to attend the selection briefing, they will be given an opportunity to visit the nearest or allotted IBS Information Office to collect the prize.
