About the Company:
icanan technology is hiring Customer Sales Executives for its US voice process supporting AT&T Wireless and Fiber offerings. This is an opportunity to build a career in customer sales, telecommunications, and business process operations while working with a supportive and performance-focused team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers in the United States and introduce relevant wireless and fiber services.
- Explain AT&T Wireless plans, mobile offers, and AT&T Fiber high-speed internet services clearly and accurately.
- Understand customer needs, recommend suitable plans, and respond confidently to questions or objections.
- Maintain professional conversations, update customer information accurately, and follow process and quality standards.
- Work toward daily and monthly sales targets while contributing to team performance.
Requirements:
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
- Applicants should have completed 12th grade or hold any graduate qualification.
- Excellent spoken English, convincing ability, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort using customer and sales systems.
- Willingness to work the US night shift from the Bangalore office.
Compensation: ₹25,000 to ₹70,000 per month, plus performance incentives. Paid training, career growth opportunities, and a friendly work environment are provided.
