Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and interviewers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Support initiatives to improve the overall candidate experience.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Assist with new employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Coordinate welcome announcements and onboarding activities.
- Support employee engagement and virtual team activities.
- Collect employee feedback and maintain engagement records.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and documentation.
- Support attendance and other HR administrative activities.
- Ensure HR information and records are accurate and up to date.
- Handle employee and candidate information with confidentiality.
Employer Branding
- Assist in creating and publishing LinkedIn hiring posts.
- Support employee stories, workplace content, and recruitment campaigns.
- Contribute ideas to strengthen Humppl's employer brand and candidate reach.
Learning & Employee Engagement
- Coordinate internal learning sessions and employee activities.
- Assist with feedback collection and documentation.
- Support virtual engagement initiatives for remote employees.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare recruitment and HR reports.
- Track hiring metrics and recruitment progress.
- Maintain HR dashboards, spreadsheets, and recruitment data.
- Identify basic trends and insights from HR data to support HR decisions.
