Responsibilities:
- Represent HiLabs within your college and student community. - Build awareness about HiLabs career assessments, workshops, technology events and student initiatives. - Identify students and recent graduates who are actively looking for software engineering career opportunities. - Share approved HiLabs opportunities through relevant WhatsApp groups, student communities, LinkedIn, Instagram and other college networks. - Encourage interested students to register for HiLabs career assessments, workshops and events. - Connect with class representatives, placement coordinators, technical clubs, coding communities, student organisations and alumni groups. - Help organise or coordinate occasional online or offline HiLabs activities within your college. - Collect feedback and career-related insights from students and share them with the HiLabs team. - Help expand the HiLabs student and alumni community within your college.
Requirements:
- Have strong communication and networking skills. - Are active within college communities, WhatsApp groups, clubs, societies or student organisations. - Know students across multiple branches, batches or departments. - Are comfortable approaching and communicating with new people. - Are proactive, reliable and comfortable working with targets. - Have an interest in marketing, business development, community management, entrepreneurship or technology.
