Responsibilities
-
Full Stack Web Developer: Design, develop, test, and maintain modern, responsive, scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Next.js. -
Frontend Development: Build intuitive, responsive, and performance-oriented user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks. -
Backend Development: Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs, server-side logic, authentication systems, and database integrations. -
Product Development: Work on real-world SaaS platforms, ERP systems, business automation tools, dashboards, and customer-facing web applications. -
Application Architecture: Understand and contribute to application architecture, reusable components, database schema design, API structures, and scalable development practices. -
Technical Problem Solving: Identify bugs, troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and implement effective technical solutions. -
End-to-End Development: Take ownership of assigned features, from understanding requirements and planning implementation to development, testing, and deployment. -
Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js. -
Build reusable, modular, and maintainable frontend components. -
Develop responsive user interfaces compatible with desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. -
Create, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services. -
Implement user authentication, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), and secure session management. -
Design and manage MongoDB databases, collections, schemas, indexing, and data relationships. -
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, cloud services, and external platforms. -
Work with React hooks, Context API, state management solutions, and modern frontend development practices. -
Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and other Next.js capabilities where appropriate. -
Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and optimized code following industry standards. -
Debug applications, resolve technical issues, and conduct functional testing. -
Work with Git and GitHub for version control, branching, pull requests, and collaborative development. -
Assist in deploying applications and managing development, staging, and production environments. -
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers to convert requirements into functional products. -
Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and product improvement activities. -
Maintain development documentation and provide regular updates on assigned tasks. -
Take initiative in researching and implementing new technologies that improve product quality and development efficiency.
Requirements

Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web development fundamentals. -
Working knowledge of the MERN stack:

MongoDB – Database management and queries. -
Express.js – Backend development and API creation. -
React.js – Component-based frontend development. -
Node.js – Server-side development.

Practical knowledge of Next.js and its application architecture. -
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend development. -
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, and API integration. -
Understanding of database design, CRUD operations, and data validation. -
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows. -
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security fundamentals. -
Ability to debug code, troubleshoot errors, and independently solve technical problems.
Preferred Technical Skills (Bonus)
Candidates with experience in the following technologies will have an added advantage:

Additional Integrations: Razorpay, payment gateways, email services, notification systems, and third-party APIs.
