About the Company
HSJB Business Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Officer to join our team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. We are looking for individuals who can drive sales targets, manage distribution, and lead sales teams to achieve market growth.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Primary & Secondary Sales targets
- Handle distributors and ensure retail coverage
- Manage & supervise 3–5 Salesmen / Sales Representatives
- Execute schemes, promotions & merchandising activities
- Monitor distributor stock and claims
- Ensure product visibility & shelf presence
- Track competitor activities
- Drive new product launches
- Identify new distributors and expand market coverage
- Conduct market visits as per PJP / Beat Plan
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG Sales / GT Sales / Distribution Management
- Regular Graduation (Distance / Correspondence Graduation not accepted)
