Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the day-to-day ground operations of Hostego's partner outlets.
Act as the on-ground face of Hostego and build strong relationships with vendors and outlet staff.
Help vendors understand and effectively use the Hostego platform.
Support vendor onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of Hostego's technology.
Manage customer rush and ensure smooth operations at partner outlets.
Assist customers and vendors with operational or platform-related issues.
Coordinate between vendors, customers, outlet staff, and the Hostego team.
Identify operational challenges and help implement effective solutions.
Monitor outlet operations and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Collect feedback from vendors and customers and share insights with the internal team.
Help improve operational processes and efficiency at partner outlets.
Take ownership of day-to-day operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable interacting with vendors, customers, and outlet staff.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Fluent in Hindi and English.
Comfortable with on-ground/field operations in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Basic understanding of technology and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
Familiarity with operations, logistics, or vendor management is a plus.
No prior experience required — freshers and students are welcome to apply.

₹15,000 per month

Hands-on experience in ground operations and vendor management.
