Responsibilities
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of AI/ML solutions, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic architectures.
- Lead the implementation of GenAI projects, ensuring practical and effective deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust AI/ML solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI/ML systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, particularly in Generative AI and LLMs, and integrate new technologies as appropriate.
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- Hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and core machine learning.
- Proven practical implementation experience in GenAI projects (e.g., RAG chatbots, work automation, domain-specific models).
- Experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow or similar is a definite plus.
- Solid understanding of AI architecture, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP, and cloud-based data and ML services.
- Experienced with agentic frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
