Requirements:

- 0-2 years of experience in an HR role, including freshers.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced financial services environment.
