About the Company
Heaven Nova Talent Solutions is hiring customer-focused associates for international voice and non-voice process opportunities in Chennai. This opening is designed for candidates with strong communication abilities who can support customers and business operations serving UK and US markets. The role offers a structured selection process, immediate joining opportunities, and support for eligible relocating candidates.
Responsibilities
- Handle international voice interactions for UK and US customers with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
- Support relevant BPO operations, AR calling, international voice calling, and customer service activities.
- Depending on business requirements, work on non-voice assignments including chat process, Luma, UK chat, and Amazon chat.
- Follow process guidelines, maintain accurate records, and meet quality and productivity expectations.
- Work the complete night shift and coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Participate in one telephonic interview round followed by one virtual interview round.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; candidates currently pursuing a course are not eligible.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills are essential.
- Willingness to work a complete night shift and join during October 2026 is required.
- Relevant exposure to voice, UK/US voice, AR calling, international voice calling, BPO, BPO operations, chat process, Luma, UK chat, or Amazon chat will be useful.
- This is a full-time, in-office position based in Chennai with 100 openings.
- Cab facilities are provided, and 14 days of accommodation are available only to candidates relocating for the role.
Compensation: ₹20,000–₹75,000 per month, depending on suitability and process allocation.
