Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic and electrical equipment.
- Implement and manage automation solutions for assembly lines using MCUs and Processors to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to troubleshoot issues, ensure smooth operations, and maintain quality standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Participate in the design and testing of new products, providing valuable input from a manufacturing perspective.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with electronics and electrical equipment.
- Demonstrated experience in automation and assembly line operations using MCUs and Processors.
- Strong knowledge of programming in C+, C++, and Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuous learning.
