Math X: A New Dimension of Mathematics
Organized by the Infinity Society, the Mathematics Society of Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology, Math Fest Math X: A New Dimension of Mathematics is an exciting, multi-round event designed to explore mathematics beyond textbooks. Combining logic, creativity, and problem-solving, the event features engaging rounds of Bingo, Rapid Fire, and Sudoku, challenging participants to test their mathematical knowledge, sharpen their reasoning, and think on their feet.
The event culminates in an Ideathon, where teams will present innovative ideas inspired by mathematical concepts and their real-world applications. With each round offering a unique challenge, Math X aims to make mathematics interactive, competitive, and thought-provoking while encouraging innovation, collaboration, and analytical thinking.

Stages & Timelines:
- Round 1 - Idea Submission (Online):
- Pitch your innovative idea through a detailed PPT or PDF (Max size: 50MB)
- Start 18 October 2026 - 12:00 PM IST
- End 25 October 2026 - 11:59 PM IST
- Result Declaration:
- Date: 28 October 2026 - by 05:00 PM IST
- Round 2 - MATHS BINGO (Offline):
- A fun, fast-paced mathematical challenge where participants test their number skills, logical thinking, and quick decision-making through an exciting game of Bingo.
- Date: 31 October 2026
- Round 3 - RAPID FIRE (Offline):
- A high-energy round where participants race against time to solve mathematical questions, testing their quick thinking, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Date: 31 October 2026
- Round 4 - SUDOKU (Offline):
- A mind-stimulating puzzle round where participants challenge their logical reasoning, pattern recognition, and strategic thinking through the numbers game of Sudoku.
- Date: 31 October 2026
- Final Round - IDEATHON (Offline):
- A creative finale where teams pitch innovative, math-driven ideas that solve real-world problems, showcasing their analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Rules & Guidelines:
- Team size: 2–4 members
- Open to students from all colleges
- No registration fee
- Submissions must be original (no plagiarism)
- Team composition cannot be changed after registration
- Judges' decision will be final and binding
