IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS
All teams whose payment is successfully confirmed will be invited to participate in the Hackathon Round. There will be no shortlisting based on PPT submission for paid and confirmed registrations.
The PPT/idea submission is required only for event documentation, evaluation preparation, and smooth coordination of the hackathon process.
Participants are advised to complete their registration and payment as early as possible to avoid missing their slot.
Slot confirmation will be based only on successful payment completion.

Important Note:
- Participants who have already paid for and booked their accommodation may stay at the assigned venue after 6:00 PM on October 9, 2026, and continue working on the further rounds. Participants who choose not to stay at the venue may leave after 6:00 PM and make their own accommodation arrangements outside the college at their own discretion and expense.
- Participants staying outside the college premises must report back to the designated event venue by 9:00 AM on October 10, 2026. The organizers and Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus (GNITC) shall not be responsible for any accommodation, travel, related expenses, incidents, accidents, losses, or actions occurring outside the college premises.

Once the hackathon registration payment has been successfully completed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Participants are advised to carefully review their registration details before completing the payment. By making the payment, participants acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
Payment-Related Issues
If a participant experiences any issue related to the payment or registration, they must contact the hackathon organizing team within 24 hours of completing the payment. Requests received after this 24-hour period may not be considered.
Any payment-related concerns will be reviewed by the organizing team, and the final decision regarding the resolution of the issue will rest with the organizers.
By completing the registration payment, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.
