About the Company
Growthsynth is building in the AI and B2B SaaS space, helping businesses take products and positioning to market with sharper marketing, stronger demand generation and measurable growth. This Marketing Intern role offers practical exposure to how a growing technology company understands audiences, communicates value and creates momentum across the funnel.
Responsibilities
- Plan and create clear, engaging content for LinkedIn and other relevant social channels.
- Research audiences, competitors, buyer pain points and market trends.
- Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches and lead-generation campaigns.
- Contribute to content, email, landing page and organic or paid distribution efforts.
- Run small experiments around messaging, hooks, offers and acquisition channels.
- Track campaign performance and turn results into practical improvement ideas.
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or able to demonstrate hands-on marketing ability.
- Strong written communication and the ability to explain ideas simply.
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Curiosity about AI, B2B SaaS, growth and performance marketing.
- Comfort with Canva, Figma and AI tools; video-editing experience is an advantage.
- Ownership, initiative and willingness to learn by doing.
- Exposure to SEO, email marketing, CRM, paid advertising, analytics or landing-page optimisation is helpful. Personal projects, freelance work, newsletters and college marketing work are welcome.
