Marketing Internship

Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Actively create awareness about GrowGrid's internships, training programs, and diverse career opportunities within your college.
• Connect with fellow students through various channels including college communities, clubs, WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, and your personal network.
• Represent GrowGrid professionally and enthusiastically within your campus environment.
• Plan and execute engaging awareness campaigns and promotional activities to reach a broad student audience.
• Identify and actively engage students who show interest in GrowGrid's offerings.
• Coordinate with interested students, answering basic queries, and guiding them through the application process for various programs.
• Provide regular, clear updates to the GrowGrid team on the progress and impact of your campus outreach initiatives.
• Strategically help expand GrowGrid's presence and reach across your college.

Requirements:

• Proactive and enthusiastic with a strong interest in networking, student engagement, and communication.
• Comfortable interacting with fellow students and building connections within college communities.
• Ability to promote career opportunities effectively and coordinate with interested candidates.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are highly preferred.
• Leadership experience in college clubs, events, or student communities is a plus, but not mandatory.
