Responsibilities: Actively create awareness about GrowGrid's internships, training programs, and diverse career opportunities within your college. Connect with fellow students through various channels including college communities, clubs, WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, and your personal network. Represent GrowGrid professionally and enthusiastically within your campus environment. Plan and execute engaging awareness campaigns and promotional activities to reach a broad student audience. Identify and actively engage students who show interest in GrowGrid's offerings. Coordinate with interested students, answering basic queries, and guiding them through the application process for various programs. Provide regular, clear updates to the GrowGrid team on the progress and impact of your campus outreach initiatives. Strategically help expand GrowGrid's presence and reach across your college. Requirements: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in India. Proactive and enthusiastic with a strong interest in networking, student engagement, and communication. Comfortable interacting with fellow students and building connections within college communities. Ability to promote career opportunities effectively and coordinate with interested candidates. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are highly preferred. Leadership experience in college clubs, events, or student communities is a plus, but not mandatory. No prior work experience is required; freshers are welcome and encouraged to apply.
