About the Company:
Gritty-tech is building learner-focused solutions that connect students, tutors, and academic guidance with accessible support. We are looking for motivated professionals to join our Hyderabad team across customer support, tutor acquisition, and academic counselling functions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer, learner, tutor, and partner queries through the appropriate communication channels with professionalism and empathy.
- Support tutor acquisition by identifying prospective tutors, explaining opportunities, coordinating discussions, and maintaining accurate engagement records.
- Guide students and parents regarding academic offerings, understand their needs, and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Follow up on leads and enquiries, maintain timely updates in internal systems, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth resolution.
- Meet assigned service, outreach, counselling, and conversion goals while maintaining a positive experience for every stakeholder.
Requirements:
- Open to candidates with 0 years of experience; freshers who demonstrate strong communication and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Good listening, follow-up, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort working in a target-oriented, collaborative environment and managing multiple conversations or tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain accurate records are expected.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Hyderabad, offering a fixed annual CTC of ₹5,00,000. The selected candidate may be aligned with customer support, tutor acquisition, or academic counselling responsibilities based on organizational requirements and suitability.
