Junior Recruiter

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Junior Recruiter to join our fully remote, international team. This is an entry-level role where you will support the HR Team and Hiring Managers, primarily focusing on building and maintaining a talent pipeline for our fast-growing company. If you are highly organized, an excellent communicator, and eager to learn the art of international, remote recruiting, this role is your launchpad! 🚀

We're GreenTomatoMedia —a global, mostly remote team of 100+ people from 40+ countries who love building and scaling cool digital products. We live and breathe organic growth, with core expertise in ASO, Google, YouTube, and LLM SEO.

We run two main ventures:

• Mobile Apps– Entertainment apps like Party Games, and Couple Games.
• Media & Affiliate– High-value content sites & a YouTube channel in the iGaming and finance space.

What You'll Do

Working closely with the HR Team and Hiring Managers, you'll be an essential part of our global recruitment engine:

Own Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Sourcing: Run creative, targeted campaigns to find and engage passive candidates, primarily via LinkedIn and specialized platforms.
• Screening & Assessment: Review resumes and conduct structured video screens to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Understand role requirements and deliver shortlists with own assessment notes.
• Job Postings & ATS: Manage job postings across boards and keep our BambooHR pipeline clean, current, and visible to the team.

Drive Candidate Experience & Coordination

• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate international interviews across multiple time zones, keeping the process seamless and on time.
• Offer Support: Help prepare and extend offers, working with the HR Team on communication.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Be a transparent, prompt point of contact who reflects GTM's culture at every step.

Process & Team Support

- - Provide general support to the HR team as needed, pitching in on ad hoc projects.

Who You Are

You are a motivated self-starter who is passionate about people's potential and thrives in high-paced, high-energy recruitment within a remote environment. You are highly detail-oriented and ready to learn the fundamentals of strategic talent acquisition.

Must-Have

• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and engaging phone presence.
• Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex schedules and pipelines simultaneously.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning and working with recruitment software, specifically a BambooHR ATS.
• Curiosity: A genuine curiosity for connecting business goals with people strategy and a drive to learn about various digital/tech roles.

Nice-to-Have

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or recruitment coordination role.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter/Navigator.
• Experience in a remote-first or international business setting.
