Greenex is hiring for the role of Proposal Engineer!
About the Company:
Greenex operates in the water treatment sector, delivering dependable operation and maintenance solutions for industrial and commercial water treatment facilities. The team combines technical expertise, service discipline, and customer-focused execution to support efficient and compliant plant performance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals for water treatment operation and maintenance projects.
- Review client requirements, scope documents, equipment specifications, service expectations, and tender conditions.
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to develop complete proposals.
- Estimate manpower, consumables, maintenance activities, service costs, timelines, and other project inputs.
- Support clarification meetings, prepare bid submissions, track proposal status, and assist with negotiations when required.
- Maintain proposal documentation, pricing records, and relevant market and customer information.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in proposal engineering, estimation, project support, or a related role within water treatment operation and maintenance.
- Working knowledge of water treatment processes, plant operations, maintenance requirements, and service contracts.
- Strong ability to interpret technical documents and convert requirements into practical commercial proposals.
- Good communication, coordination, analytical, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple proposals within deadlines.
