Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events and celebrations.
- Come up with fresh, fun and relevant engagement ideas for the team.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to execute events smoothly.
- Help build GoodScore's presence as a great place to work.
- Identify interesting employee stories, achievements, milestones and moments worth showcasing.
- Work with employees to create people-centric content for LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Support employer branding campaigns and internal communication initiatives.
- Track what other new-age startups are doing in employer branding and bring fresh ideas to GoodScore.
- Create engaging internal communication - announcements, newsletters, campaigns, posters and employee updates.
- Help create social media content around people and culture.
- Bring a strong Gen-Z/new-age perspective to how we communicate with employees.
- Support special People projects as the company grows.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who is naturally curious about people, culture, content and communities.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Someone who is creative and constantly comes up with "why don't we try this?" ideas.
- Comfortable using Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn or similar content tools.
- Strong organisational and execution skills.
- Someone who enjoys planning events and coordinating with people.
- Good eye for what is trending, interesting and culturally relevant.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can change quickly.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have planned college fests, events, communities or clubs.
- Run a social media page or enjoy creating content.
- Love organising things and making experiences memorable.
- Are the person everyone calls when they need an event, campaign or idea pulled together.
- Spend too much time noticing what brands are doing on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Can turn a boring employee announcement into something people actually want to read.
- Aren't afraid to experiment, pitch ideas and get your hands dirty with execution.
