Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Support evaluation of leasing and lending opportunities by gathering and analyzing relevant data. - Assist in preparing and reviewing lease terms and financing agreements under guidance from senior team members. - Manage and maintain lease and loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Conduct basic market research and feasibility studies to support new leasing and lending projects. - Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and regulatory standards in all transactions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and operational initiatives. - Provide assistance to senior associates and managers across leasing and lending activities, gaining exposure to end-to-end processes
