GDS Marketing is actively hiring for the role of Blue Collar Recruiter!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for blue-collar positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and community outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to foster a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboard new hires and facilitate their integration into the company.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in blue-collar recruitment.
