About the Company
Ganexis Global is hiring freshers for a New Prospect Raw Calling internship in Hyderabad, supporting clients based in the United States. The role involves initiating conversations with US prospects, understanding their needs, and presenting financial services, tax preparation services, and investment consulting offerings in a clear and professional manner. This is a full-time, five-month internship with fixed night-shift work, a monthly stipend of ₹14,000, and additional incentives.
Responsibilities
- Work complete night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Make outbound calls to US prospects using assigned contact lists.
- Introduce financial services, tax preparation services, and investment consulting offerings clearly and professionally.
- Build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and explain how the organization's services may address those needs.
- Communicate service benefits honestly and clearly while keeping conversations customer-focused.
- Address initial questions, record call outcomes, and arrange follow-ups with the appropriate consultant.
- Maintain accurate prospect records and work toward calling and engagement goals.
Requirements
- Only freshers currently pursuing a degree are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with academic backlogs may also apply.
- Clear verbal communication and confident telephone etiquette.
- Ability to engage US prospects and present services professionally.
- Willingness and ability to work complete night shifts aligned with US client operations.
- Basic computer skills, good listening ability, and consistent follow-through.
- Willingness to work full-time from the Hyderabad office.
