- Plan delivery routes, select transport methods, and track shipments in real time.
- Interact daily with internal teams & customers for smooth operation.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with freight carriers, suppliers, and shipping agents.
- Resolve delivery delays, damaged goods, or supply chain bottlenecks quickly.
Requirements:
- Experience in the logistics industry - market placement is an added advantage.
- Experienced telecallers and freshers are also welcome.
