Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and implementing intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and front-end developers to translate wireframes and prototypes into code
  • Conduct or assist with usability testing and analyze user feedback to refine designs
  • Support in creating user flows, journey maps, and interaction models
  • Apply best practices in usability, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design
  • Help maintain and evolve design systems or component libraries
  • Document design standards and UX patterns

Requirements

  • Understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and interaction design
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for creating user-focused digital experiences
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Computer Science, or related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with usability testing tools (e.g., Maze, Useberry, UserTesting)
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js)
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
  • Personal projects or a portfolio showcasing UX work
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
