Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and front-end developers to translate wireframes and prototypes into code
- Conduct or assist with usability testing and analyze user feedback to refine designs
- Support in creating user flows, journey maps, and interaction models
- Apply best practices in usability, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design
- Help maintain and evolve design systems or component libraries
- Document design standards and UX patterns
Requirements
- Understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and interaction design
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Passion for creating user-focused digital experiences
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Computer Science, or related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with usability testing tools (e.g., Maze, Useberry, UserTesting)
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
