FLYSPIRE is offering an opportunity for an energetic Field Executive Intern to gain practical exposure in customer engagement, field operations, and business development. The internship provides hands-on experience in understanding market activity, interacting with customers, and supporting the company's on-ground initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations and support field activities as planned by the team.
- Interact professionally with customers, prospects, partners, and local stakeholders.
- Collect/Onboard accurate market and customer information and share timely updates with the reporting manager.
- Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, surveys, promotions, and other business development tasks.
- Maintain daily activity records and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with travelling locally and working in an on-ground role.
- A proactive, reliable, and customer-focused approach to assigned responsibilities.
- Basic ability to use smartphones and digital applications for reporting and coordination.

This is a paid, full-time internship based in Bangalore for a duration of 3 months, with a monthly stipend of ₹12,000 to ₹20,000. The selected intern will receive practical guidance, regular feedback, and the opportunity to develop professional skills through real-world field exposure.
