Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services.
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and providing information.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and sales activities.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Fluency in local languages and English.
