Overview

We are looking for a driven and curious Growth Associate Intern to join our team. This is a structured internship with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance. You will work on collaborations and product to identify and execute initiatives that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. This is a high-ownership, fast-learning role - perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and loves working with data, people, and ideas.

The role is based out of our Gurugram, Haryana office and requires full-time in-person presence. We believe great work happens best when teams collaborate face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential collaboration opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospective partners and build relationships across B2B outreach
  • Pitch and negotiate collaboration terms alongside senior team members
  • Manage a partnership pipeline and data sheet to track outreach status and outcomes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute agreed collaborations end-to-end
  • Track and report on partnership performance reach, conversions, and deals closed
  • Maintain a partnership tracker and share daily status updates with the team
  • Research potential collaborators and competitors to identify gaps and opportunities

Required Skills:

  • 3rd-year student or final-year student (UG or PG) – 0 years of experience required. Any stream eligible to apply.
  • Strong interest in partnerships, business development, or relationship management.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and outreach skills, comfortable initiating and managing conversations with external partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline and tracker management.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams to execute agreed collaborations.
  • Must be available to work from our Gurugram office full-time
