About Finsamudra
Finsamudra Private Limited is a Bengaluru fintech building Finsa, an app for personal loans, digital gold savings and credit score tools. We are a small team, and you will work directly with the founders.
Key responsibilities
- Own all social media accounts for Finsa and Finsamudra, end to end
- Create static posts, motion graphics and short videos using AI tools
- Edit AI-generated clips into finished videos with good pacing, transitions, sound design, captions and colour
- Make ad creatives for paid campaigns
- Reply to comments and DMs, and engage with customers
- Plan the monthly content calendar and track what performs
Requirements
- A portfolio of AI-made static images, motion graphics and videos (required with your application)
- Strong video editing in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar
- Hands-on experience with AI image, video and motion tools
- Experience running a brand's social media accounts
- Clear written English; Kannada or Hindi is a plus
Nice to have: experience with fintech or financial content, and awareness of advertising rules for loans and investments.
How you will work: remote, with one office day a week at our Bengaluru office (Vaishnavi Sapphire, Tumkur Road, Yeshwanthpur) for weekly planning and review with the founders. You must be based in or near Bengaluru.
Salary: ₹20,000 per month, revised to ₹25,000 after 6 months based on performance.
Hiring process: application screening, then a 48-hour task, then a final interview with the founder. Applications and tasks are reviewed with AI assistance, and the founder makes the final decision.
