About the Company
Filza Group India Private Limited is hiring a Tele Collection Team Leader to strengthen recovery operations and support consistent customer engagement across its collection processes. The role is suited to an experienced professional from the BFSI, NBFC, FinTech, or related financial services environment who can combine people leadership with disciplined target management.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and monitor a team of tele-collection executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
- Plan collection activities, allocate accounts, review calling performance, and improve recovery outcomes through structured follow-up.
- Ensure that team members follow approved collection procedures, communication standards, compliance requirements, and company policies.
- Track productivity, repayments, commitments, escalations, and key performance indicators through regular reports.
- Handle difficult customer conversations, support negotiations, resolve operational issues, and provide timely guidance to the team.
- Work with internal stakeholders to address process gaps and maintain accurate records in CRM, dialer, and reporting systems.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in tele-collections, including experience leading or supervising a team.
- Strong understanding of collection processes, recovery strategies, target-based operations, and escalation handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, coaching, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort working under pressure in a performance-oriented environment.
- Working proficiency in MS Excel and collection reporting tools.
- Experience in BFSI, NBFC, FinTech, or a related industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and dialer systems will be an added advantage.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Bangalore, with a monthly salary range of ₹30,000 to ₹42,000.
