About the Role:
We're looking for a Social Media Content Intern to help us turn the content we already create into more content across Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
You'll work closely with the marketing team to repurpose existing videos, create short-form content, experiment with new ideas, and keep our social channels active and consistent.
This is a great role for someone who spends way too much time on Instagram/Reels, understands what makes content interesting, and wants to learn how a real brand builds its social presence.
What You'll Do:
- Create weekly social posts by repurposing clips from existing reels, videos, podcasts, and other content
- Create daily Instagram & Facebook stories using existing and new content
- Schedule and publish content across different social media platforms
- Create Trial Reels to experiment with new hooks, formats, topics, and content styles
- Identify interesting moments from longer videos that can work as short-form content
- Help maintain a consistent social media content calendar
- Track what performs well and use those learnings to improve future content
- Come up with new content ideas based on current social media trends
What We're Looking For:
- You genuinely enjoy Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media
- You have a good sense of what makes people stop scrolling
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar is a plus
- You're comfortable working independently and getting things done without being chased
- You're curious, experiment-driven, and willing to try things that might not work
- Previous experience managing a social media page or creating content is a bonus

- Social media experimentation and performance analysis
- How to build a consistent content engine from existing content
- How content moves from an idea → production → publishing → performance
Compensation:
₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month, depending on experience and skill level.
