Responsibilities
- Handle customer conversations professionally through assigned communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide clear, accurate information about the company's services.
- Support sales and operations objectives through timely follow-ups and effective coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
- Work according to the assigned shift schedule and rotational weekly-off arrangement.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of 12th pass or graduation.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Customer-focused attitude, professional conduct, and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Ability to work from the office in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata, in either the 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 12:00 PM–9:00 PM shift.
The position offers a fixed annual CTC range of ₹2.5 LPA to ₹2.88 LPA, along with attractive incentives. The role requires working six days a week with one rotational weekly off.
