Opportunity brief
Poster Making Competition – Rules & Guidelines:
- This is an individual participation event.
- No elimination round will be conducted. All registered participants will compete in the final round.
- Participants will be given a maximum of 2 hours to complete their posters.
- The organising institute will provide an A3-sized drawing sheet.
- The topic/theme will be announced on the spot during the event.
- Participants must include a relevant message, slogan or tagline on their poster that communicates the central idea effectively.
- Participants must bring their own art supplies, including brushes, poster colours, palettes, water containers and any other required materials. Only the drawing sheet will be provided by the host institute.
- Only poster colours are permitted. Microfibre/alcohol-based pens may be used for outlining or lettering.
- The use or possession of mobile phones, digital devices, reference papers, photographs or any other external reference material is strictly prohibited throughout the competition.
- Participants must complete their artwork within the allotted time.
- The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.
