EY is hiring for the role of Analyst - Assurance (Audit Standards & Methodologies)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Support audit engagements by implementing data management, analytics, and automation tools across financial statement audits and assurance workflows. - Collaborate with engagement teams simultaneously across multiple projects, ensuring strict adherence to deliverable deadlines and quality standards. - Participate in client discussions to gain insights into core business processes, technical requirements, and audit data structures. - Develop, test, and maintain automated workflows using Alteryx, SQL, Python, PySpark, Power BI, VBA Macros, UiPath, and Power Automate. - Apply data analytics, AI/ML models, and emerging audit technology applications to extract insights, trace process anomalies, and enhance audit quality. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in audit analytics, data governance standards, and AI applications in assurance.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA). - Experience: 0 to 1 years of experience in data analytics, process automation, or technical consulting. - Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, Python/PySpark, AI/ML concepts, and automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, VBA Macros). - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams with diverse skill sets. - Flexibility: Willingness to travel for work and adapt to client timelines when required.
