Experts Pro is seeking a passionate and driven HR & Recruitment Intern to join our experienced recruitment team in Coimbatore. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers and recent graduates to gain real-world experience in Talent Acquisition within the IT recruitment space.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn and various job portals.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups efficiently.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Provide support for day-to-day IT recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Freshers or recent graduates with a strong interest in HR and Recruitment.
- Educational background in MBA HR, BBA, B.Com, BA, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in an in-office, full-time capacity for 6 months.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic recruitment environment.
