Responsibilities
- Communicate with international distributors and customers by email and WhatsApp, in clear and professional English.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices and order documents, and follow up on orders and shipments.
- Follow up on payments and keep sales records and reports up to date.
- Find new distributors and business leads in assigned markets.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in export sales, business development or customer handling (freshers with strong skills can apply).
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email.
- Confident, well-organised, and able to follow up on tasks without reminders.
- Medical device or export documentation knowledge is an advantage.
