Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using various tools and provide regular reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO specialists, if applicable.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Experience with UAE market trends is a plus.
