Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media content using AI-assisted content creation tools and techniques.
- Develop and execute ideas to improve audience traction, engagement, and page growth across relevant platforms.
- Monitor content performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements based on audience response.
- Research and initiate potential partnerships, collaborations, and community engagement opportunities.
- Support campaign planning, content calendars, captions, creative briefs, and regular social media updates.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice while experimenting with new formats and distribution approaches.
Requirements
We are looking for freshers who are enthusiastic about social media marketing, digital storytelling, and audience development. Candidates should have strong written communication, creative curiosity, and an interest in AI-based content creation. Familiarity with social media platforms, basic content planning, partnership outreach, or page-growth concepts is helpful but not mandatory. The ability to learn independently, meet deadlines, collaborate remotely, and take initiative is important. This is a three-month, unpaid, full-time internship designed for candidates seeking hands-on exposure to social media marketing and growth activities.
