Responsibilities of the Intern:

• Surveys and Research: Conduct surveys and market research to understand consumer needs and pain points
• Planning and Strategising: Actively engage in sales strategy planning and GTM experimentation.
• Publishing Official Statement and Press Releases: Repurpose content from CEO into official posts, press Releases, messages and visuals.
• Assist in outreach efforts: Track leads and outreach efforts.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with teams across marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment with CEO directives.
• Meeting & Brief Preparation: Prepare briefs and research notes for meetings, partnerships, and events involving the CEO.
• Confidential Documentation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organising confidential documents and reports.
• Execution Support: Provide on-ground or virtual support in implementing pilot programs or strategic initiatives driven by the CEO's office.
• Learning & Reporting: Maintain logs of learnings, strategic insights, and status updates for continuous alignment with office goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
• Ability to manage Teams, executives, and Stakeholders of the company.
• Intermediate-level knowledge of Utility tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe, Canva, and AI Tools.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with sales, growth or marketing
• Designing, Content writing and content creation skills.

Eligibility:

• Open to students from all disciplines.
• Preferably enrolled in an ongoing academic graduation program at an educational institution or university in Odisha, India.
• No prior experience required.
• Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
